Tuula's Café-Restaurant is located in Kilpisjärvi Village, Lapland, FINLAND on the border of Sweden and Norway. The breathtaking mountain-fell location is just 40 kms from the Norwegian coast of the Arctic Ocean. The 44-seat restaurant is the heart of the village with a view towards the magnificent Saana fell.
