"Lahja" was back in business first time after world dog show at Heinola national show where am.cockers were judged by Bertil Lundgren from Sweden. She went to best bitch and BOS.

We travelled to Teuva specialty show with boys "Robbie" and "Eemil".
Both of them did very well and went to BOBs, "Robbie" under Tarmo Viirtelä and "Eemil" under Harto Stockmari.
"Robbie" finished a great day by winning group 7/8 under Raija Tammelin, BIS-2 and BIS-1-veteran under Paavo Mattila.

Druskininkai, Lithuania Specialty Show for retriever.
Judge Angeta Cardell, Sweden Eemil's daughter Majik As You Were made her debut in showrings being BOB- and BIS-2-puppy. She is owned by kennel Nenuramos. Huge congratulations Sonata & "Leja"!

Some new updates in news – Both me and Lahja have had a summer holiday and this summer we have spent it mostly without going shows …

Golden retriever Eemil, Fin JW-04 Festival’s San Domingo, sends lots of congratulations to his daughter, Noudon Xanadu-Love, who has done super work in tracking test: 16.6. she got open class first prize in Munsala. Only four days later, on 20.6., she took first prize again, this time in winners class. Her 2nd first prize came in Pedersöde on 30.6. and in the beginning of August “Isa” got her 3rd first prize in winners class which made her Fi Tracking Champion! Big big congrats to the breeders Carina & Jari Päivärinta and talented owners Camilla & Ulf Nylund! Eemil is a very happy and proud father =O)

Eemil’s other daughter, Goldenvof’s Wonderful Dream, has started her show career nicely being BOB-puppy in Karjaa all breeds show. Congratulations breeder Marina Rapo and good luck to the future!

Eemil is also wagging his tail to his offspring at kennel Majik. Puppies by Eemil out of Majik Nellie Melba were born 21.4.2010. Good luck to the owners in Finland, Lithuania and Poland with these promising puppies!

Just now Eemil has a litter of 5 girls and 3 boys at kennel Windalas.
Hope we will hear more of these babies later!

Ylivieska, international show

Lahja was still having her “showfree summerholiday” so I travelled to Ylivieska just for showing Grand Old Man Robbie & golden boy Eemil. Int, Fi, Se, Ee, Lv Ch BaltW-06, FinW-09 Luxurious Lead The Way went to Best Male-2 and BOB-veteran under Leni Finne from Finland.

Eemil, FinJW-04 Festivals San Domingo, was this time exc/2nd under Hannele Jokisilta, Finland.

Happy Birthday Lahja, 3 years!

Americancockers were judged by Damir Skok (males) from Croatia and Rafael de Santiago (bitches) from Puerto Rico.
Int, Fi, S, Ee, Lv Ch, Balt JCh, BaltJW-08, BaltW-09 Pointbreak Good Girl Gone Bad did very well in tuff competition and placed 3rd with excellent in huge open class!

Int, Fi, S, Ee, Lv Ch, BaltW-06 Luxurious Lead The Way placed also exc./3rd in veteran class.

Lahja’s little brother Milou, Pointbreak A Million Miles Away, got excellent in junior class.

Fi, S, Ee Ch, BaltW-06 Luxurious Lead The Way was shown in championclass and went to BOS with CACIB
and CC which made him a new INTERNATIONAL & LV CHAMPION at the age of almost 9 years! Congrats to Robbie’s owner Camilla and thanks for letting me show this charming gentleman!

Golden retriever girl CIB, Fi, Se, Ee Ch Greenhill’s Stardust “Windy” travelled with us too. She won Best Bitch-1, CACIB and got a CC which made her Lv Ch! Judge was Jelena Kruus from Estonia.
Congratulations owner Riikka, Windy is just an adorable girl!

Thanks Camilla and Kati for funny company – it was worth to travel to Latvia even without an own dog =o)

Golden retriever FinJW-04 Festival’s San Domingo has been very limited showing during the spring.
He is almost 7 years old and shown in open class because he is not qualifield in field. In Rauma “Eemil” went to Best Male-1 and BOS under Harto Stockmari, Finland.

Vaasa international show

Golden retriever FinJW-04 Festival's San Domingo "Eemil" was shown first time this year. Eemil won open class and ended up Best Male-2 under Heli Finne from Finland.

In american cockers little-Milou, Pointbreak Million Miles A Way, did his debut in juniorclass just at the age of 9months and 2 day. Milou got excellent and was 2nd in his class.

Lahja, Int Ch Pointbreak Good Girl Gone Bad, won championclass and went to Best Bitch-3 under Jukka Kuusisto from Finland.

"Lilla" Stockholm international show, Sweden

First out was Fi, Ee Ch, BaltW-06, FinW-09 Luxurious Lead The Way "Robbie" who was this time entered to the champion class. Robbie won the class and ended up Best Male-3 in very tough competition! I'm so happy and proud to shown this 8,5 years old Gentleman who is always giving himself 100% in a ring.

Int, Fi, Se, Ee, Lv Ch, Balt JCh, BaltJW-08, BaltW-09 Pointbreak Good Girl Gone Bad did also a nice visit to Sweden again: "Lahja" went to Best bitch-2 with res.CACIB in among of many high quality bitches. Congratulations to Karin Linde-Klerholm for winning best bitch-1 with your beautiful girl!

American cockers were judged by Mia Sandgren from Sweden.

Fi, Ee, Lv Ch, Ee, Lv JCh Hoystep's Unique Design was shown last time since she will hopefully get babies in May... "Wenla" won working class and was finally Best Bitch-4 under Jukka Kuusisto from Finland.

We made a crazy & funny trip to Sweden with Riikka and four dogs. Results were fantastic: three new Swedish Champions, BOB, 2*BOS, BIS-3-BOS, BIS-5-BOS and best male-3. Thanks Riikka and congrats for Windy's new title!

Int, Fi, Ee, Lv Ch, Balt JCh, BAltJW-08, BALTW-09 Pointbreak Good Girl Gone Bad won Best bitch-1, CACIB and BOS. Fi, Ee Ch, BaltW-06, FinW-09 Luxurious Lead The Way “Robbie” won Best male-3, BOB-veteran and finally BIS-3-veteran under Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen from Finland!

#1 American cocker female 2009 in Finland
INT, FI, EE, LV CH, EE, LV, LT, BALT JCH, BALTJW-08, BALTW-09 Pointbreak Good Girl Gone Bad “Lahja”

During the year Lahja won BIS-2 in Finnish am.cocker national under breeder-judge Bev Schiely, from USA
1 x Group-1, 3 x Group-2, 10 x BOB (one in Lilla Stockholm Sweden), several CCs, CACIBS, 2 X BOS. During the year Lahja also finished her INTERNATIONAL, FINNISH, ESTONIAN AND LATVIAN CHAMPION TITLES and became BALTW-09.

Thank You breeder-Lone for this special girl! And yes, she is spoilt :).

Golden retriever JOYSTEP’S UNIQUE DESIGN had a great year too! Wenla was limited showed but finished also her FINNISH, ESTONIAN and LATVIAN CHAMPION TITLES, won CACIB, several CCs (one from Main Specialty over 120 entries), GROUP-1 & BIS-2 and last but not least BIS-1 in golden specialty under breeder-judge Jim Richardson from Great-Britain.

At the end of the year one of my favourite boys Ch Luxurious Lead The Way did his comeback to the showrings as veteran. Robbie, #1 am.cocker male 2006 in Finland, recovered from cancer and took the rings with same super attitude as before! In November his first veteranclass show Jyväskylä int. he took Best male-2, BOB-veteran and was shortcuted in BIS-final. Week later in Turku int. he was BOB-veteran again and finally BIS-2! This was not enough for Robbie… In Finnish Winner show he truly led the way and won BOB-veteran and BOB which gave him FINW-09 –title! Robbie is owned by my friend Camilla Hellevuo.

Thank you all the judges who has appreciate Lahja, Wenla and Robbie. Thank you all wonderful friends for many many memorable moments during the year. Let’s make this year as great & fun as last one was!
